About JUDA

Imagine your child coming home from Hebrew School talking about cotton candy sculptures and exploding rainbow experiments and also about Rivka's kindness, Avraham's hospitality, and why they're proud to be Jewish in 2026.

That's the JUDA experience. We're a Judaic arts enrichment program in West Michigan where kids don't sit and listen, they build, taste, question, and argue their way into their own Jewish story. Our specialized curriculum and Hebrew-reading methodology mean real learning happens. The cotton candy just makes it stick.

JUDA is for every Jewish family. Whatever your background, whatever your home looks like, whatever you do or don't do, your child belongs here, and so do you. No prior knowledge required, and no expectations waiting at the door. What we share is a community, and a wish for our kids to grow up knowing where they come from.

This Year's Curriculum: Ckids Bereishis (Genesis)

We're exploring the roots of our people through the first book of the Torah, and every lesson comes packed with hands-on discovery, experiments, crafts, recipes, storytelling, hunts, and games. Behind every one of them is a foundational Jewish idea your child will carry long after class ends. From kiddush factory kits to exploding rainbows, our goal is simple: make learning about Judaism unforgettable.

Along the way we take on the big questions. Who am I? Where do I come from? What makes me proud to be Jewish?

WHO?
JUDA is for children ages 6-12.

WHEN?
JUDA meets once a week on Sundays at 11am-1:00pm throughout the school year (about 23 weeks), unless otherwise noted on our calendar.

COST?
Annual tuition is: *$849

Scholarships are available!

No Jewish child will be turned away due to financial circumstances. We are committed to ensuring that every Jewish child has access to an authentic Jewish education.
